The terms that apply when you use the Roofio website or request our services.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Roofio website and outline the general terms that apply when you request or receive our services. Please read them before using this site or submitting a request.
By accessing roofio.com, submitting an estimate or contact form, or otherwise engaging Roofio (“Roofio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or submit a request.
These Terms cover this website and our general business practices. The specific commercial terms of any work we perform — scope, price, materials, timeline, and warranty — are set out in the written agreement you sign. Where the two differ, your signed agreement controls.
Roofio is a locally owned, licensed and insured contractor serving homes and businesses across Texas, with offices in San Antonio and Austin. Our services include residential and commercial solar, battery backup and generator installation, roof replacement, roof repair and storm damage work, permanent lighting, and outdoor shades.
Services, service areas, and licensing vary by state and by product line. Current license numbers are listed in the footer of this website. Not every service described on this site is available in every location.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only, and to learn about or request our services. You agree not to:
We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but content is provided for general information only. Product details, pricing guidance, incentive information, and availability can change without notice, and nothing on this website is an offer or a guarantee of a specific price or result.
Requesting an estimate does not create a contract. Estimates and proposals are prepared based on the information you give us and, where applicable, an on-site or remote inspection.
The written agreement you sign with Roofio is the controlling document for your project. It sets out the scope of work, materials and specifications, total price and payment schedule, expected timeline, and the workmanship warranty that applies to your installation.
Please read that agreement carefully before signing and ask us about anything that is unclear. These Terms do not replace, shorten, or expand the commitments in your signed agreement.
Payment amounts, deposits, milestones, and due dates are set out in your signed agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise:
If your project is financed through a third-party lender, that lender’s agreement governs your loan. Roofio is not the lender and does not control credit decisions, rates, or loan terms.
For many residential contracts signed at your home, federal and state law give you the right to cancel without penalty within three business days of signing. If that right applies to your agreement, the notice and cancellation instructions are provided with the agreement itself.
After any applicable cancellation period ends, cancellation or postponement is handled under the terms of your signed agreement. Costs already incurred — such as custom-ordered or special-order materials, permits, engineering, and completed labor — may not be refundable.
To cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible at +1 833-674-7663 or [email protected] so we can release your crew slot and materials.
When you ask us to assist with a storm or damage claim, we can inspect your property, document conditions, and communicate with your carrier or adjuster at your direction.
Two different kinds of warranty may apply to your project. The workmanship warranty on our installation is provided by Roofio and its length and terms are stated in your signed agreement. Materials and equipment — shingles, panels, inverters, batteries, generators, and similar products — carry warranties from their manufacturers, on those manufacturers’ own terms.
Unless your agreement says otherwise, warranty coverage does not extend to:
Warranty coverage may require that your account is paid in full. To make a warranty claim, contact us at [email protected] with your project address and a description of the issue.
Roofing, solar, and electrical work depends on safe weather and site conditions. Start and completion dates are good-faith estimates and may shift due to weather, permitting and inspection timelines, utility or interconnection approvals, material availability, or conditions discovered on site.
By scheduling work with us, you confirm that:
Construction work produces noise, dust, vibration, and debris. We take reasonable care to protect your property and clean the site, but some disturbance is unavoidable.
When you provide your phone number, you agree that Roofio and the professionals working on your request may contact you by phone, text message, and email about your inquiry and project, including through automated dialing or prerecorded messages. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

This section limits liability relating to this website. It does not limit our obligations for work we perform, which are governed by your signed agreement and by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for personal injury caused by negligence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to this website or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you agree to that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
We may update these Terms & Conditions as our services, technology, or the law changes. Changes apply from the time they are posted on this page. If the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice on the website. Please review this page periodically so you know what has changed.
If you have questions about these Terms & Conditions, or about an estimate, project, or warranty, we are glad to help.
